Über Mich / Bio
Born and raised in Switzerland with Senegalese roots. Malick for “King”, N’Diaye for “descendant of the lion clan“. In other words, I’m the Lion King ???? . My drive is to help others move and reach their goals, no matter how big or small. I believe in quality over quantity and focus on technique, precision and the right attitude. With this focus, you’ll learn how to use your body, how to move correctly and you’ll better understand what you’re body is capable of. Whether you’re a young athlete or senior accountant, I want to help you on your way to a healthier lifestyle, I want to help you become a better version of yourself. Together we can aim higher and get stronger.

Growing up, I practiced various different sports and was part of the water polo team for 13 years. From the water back to the shore, I continued being an athlete and also gained experience working as a sports teacher, trainer, and coach in different schools, crossfit gyms and regular fitness centers. Through these experiences, I realized that long-term successes in any sport call for a goal-oriented quality of the required movements. I therefore decided to turn my hobby and passion into my profession - and since 2017 I’ve been fully focussed on being a personal & athletic trainer / coach.
Although fitness and competitive sports are a big part of my life, continuously developing my skills and know-how as a coach remain a priority. To do so, I take every opportunity to enroll in a course or further education in the domain of functional training.

I highly value the quality of individual movements, I know how to get people excited, and I’m looking forward to do the same for you and to make you move beyond your own boundaries.
